Build Resiliency Through Mindfulness – via Zoom

Are you interested in mindfulness? Perhaps you’re seeking clarity about mindful tools to help re-center and heal following an illness, trauma or other situations in your life that cause pain, fear, anxiety, anger, confusion, etc. Maybe you are trying to break a bad habit such as smoking, phone usage or excess sugar. Join us for a monthly mindfulness educational session. For the month of August Dr. Dave will plan to share how “motion is lotion” and how mindful movements can be beneficial to our bodies. Each month, in addition to the Zoom link, a handout on mindfulness and Zoom etiquette will be provided.

Mindfulness can help you:

  • Practice gratitude and self-compassion
  • Learn to be present
  • Change negative thinking and habits
  • Reduce stress and over-reactivity
  • Invest in yourself
  • Rediscover joy and hope
  • Adopt new ways for healthy living
  • Find helpful resources

Cost: Free

Registration is required. Call 260-266-6500 to register.
