Each session features expert guest speakers from a variety of specialties, including weight management, optometry, wound care, pharmacy, and exercise physiology, who offer helpful tips for staying healthy and preventing complications. You’ll receive evidence‑based nutrition guidance, learn new skills, and have your questions answered in a supportive, encouraging environment. This group is open to anyone looking to better manage their diabetes and connect with others on a similar journey.
