Love Your Heart Expo 2026 (Lunch Session)

The Love Your Heart Expo is a free, annual community event focused on heart health education and awareness.

Women gather to learn about cardiovascular wellness and take part in expert presentations, vendor interactions, and educational sessions that promote a heart-healthy lifestyle and empower them to care for their cardiovascular health.

Join Dr. Dalia Aziz, PPG – Cardiology, during this event as she explains how to love your heart before, during, and after menopause.

Choose the session that works best for you:

Lunch session: 10:15 a.m. - 2 p.m. A light meal will be provided.
Dinner session: 4:15 p.m. - 8 p.m. A light meal will be provided.

Brave Hearts: A focus group for men with heart disease

Heart disease continues to be a leading cause of death in the United States. At Parkview Heart Institute, we know that living with heart disease can be stressful, and making the right lifestyle changes can require guidance and support.

Join Brave Hearts: A focus group for men with heart disease. Here, men gather in an open forum to ask questions and share experiences and ideas for adjusting to life after being diagnosed with heart disease. Each month includes a new topic or event focusing on healthy living, exercise, nutrition, stress reduction, smoking cessation and more.

Her Heart Support Network

The Her Heart Support Network is facilitated by trained heart health experts. Our group offers peer support and education to women of all ages who have survived a heart-related event or been diagnosed with heart disease. Learn from one another, build lasting friendships and gain resources from trained heart health advocates.

The group is here to:

Encourage you.
Help you discover new strengths.
Connect you with other women who understand your experiences.
Share health information.
Connect you with community resources.

The Her Heart Support Network meets on the second Thursday of each month from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Entrance 10, fifth floor, Conference room 3, at the Parkview Heart Institute.
