Join our Advance Care Planning team once a month at Parkview Regional Medical Center to engage in thoughtful discussions about end-of-life care. Interested in joining us? Invite a friend, partner, or family member—someone who matters most to you who you can count on with this important conversation.

Erica Downing, MSW, LBSW, will lead the monthly discussions, covering the following topics:

• Personal healthcare values and goals
• Healthcare choices that may need to be made in the future
• How to talk about these choices with your doctor and those who matter most
• Making a written plan that includes advance directives
