FORT WAYNE, Ind. – June 30, 2025 – Parkview Employer Solutions (PES) has opened its newest shared employer clinic, expanding access to high-quality, personalized care for employees who live or work in southwest Allen County and surrounding areas. Located on the Parkview Southwest campus at 8202 Glencarin Blvd, Suite 240, the clinic began serving patients on June 2.
This marks the sixth shared employer clinic launched by Parkview and the third in Allen County, as part of an ongoing effort to make employee-focused care more convenient, affordable and impactful for businesses across northeast Indiana.
“Our newest location is another step in our continued commitment to building healthier communities through accessible, integrated care,” said Shanda Gurrola, director of corporate employer health, PES. “We’re meeting employees where they are—close to home, close to work—and creating a seamless experience that prioritizes prevention, engagement and better outcomes.”
Parkview Employer Clinics are designed with the needs of both employees and employers in mind. These shared clinics provide a wide range of services, including:
- Chronic condition care (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
- Acute and sick visits
- Annual physical and preventive exams
- Basic in-office procedures
- Diagnostic labs and screenings
- Onsite access to acute and chronic medications
In addition to clinical care, Employer Solutions supports employer partners with health reporting, predictive analytics and coordinated communication strategies to encourage employee participation.
“Our clinics are rooted in whole-person care that supports long-term well-being,” said Dr. Angela LaSalle, medical director, PES. “By integrating care across the healthcare journey, we’re able to address issues early, reduce unnecessary referrals, and improve employee satisfaction, all while lowering the total cost of care.”
Data from current clinic locations show that employees who engage with Parkview Employer Clinics experience a 94% satisfaction rate and an average savings of $1,700 per year compared to those who do not utilize the clinics. Among patients managing chronic conditions like diabetes, total cost of care has been reduced by 25% thanks to proactive support and consistent access to coordinated care teams.
Parkview also recently introduced a new direct-to-employer health plan, Signature Care EPO Plus, designed to provide businesses with a low-cost, high-value alternative to traditional insurance, with hospital rates below the national average.
Eligible employees, spouses and dependents who are covered under participating employer health plans may access services at any of Parkview’s six shared clinic locations. The addition of the Southwest Fort Wayne clinic reflects Parkview’s continued investment in making care more accessible and effective for today’s workforce.
