PPG – Plastic Surgery offers a wide range of procedures. Plastic surgery is a medical art that seeks to heal, restore and improve function. The profession incorporates aesthetic techniques to maintain or enhance an individual’s appearance and/or function, contributing to improved self-esteem and psychological well-being.

Body

Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)
A cosmetic surgical procedure that removes excess fat and skin as well as tightening the abdominal wall to make the abdomen appear thinner, more firm and more youthful.

Body contouring
Body contouring broadly describes procedures that remove excess skin and fat from the body to achieve a more natural and aesthetically pleasing shape. This includes procedures such as: arm lift, thigh lift and body lift.

Fat grafting
In this procedure, fat is transferred to areas where there is a lack of fullness and volume – such as face, lips, hands, breasts or buttocks.

Labiaplasty
The procedure is performed by removing excess skin on the labia for cosmetic reasons such as injury, stretching and age.

Liposuction
Liposuction is the process of removing excess fat from areas of the body to reduce fullness and enhance contours.

Breast

Breast implants and mastopexy (breast lift)
These procedures are used to change the appearance of a woman’s breasts. With a breast augmentation, implants are used to enlarge the breasts. A mastopexy, or breast lift, repositions and reshapes sagging breasts after pregnancy, weight loss or aging.

Breast implant removal
This procedure removes breast implants, often through the same incisions that were used for the breast augmentation surgery.

Breast reconstruction
There are a wide variety of methods that can be used to reconstruct the breast when a patient has breast cancer, history of breast cancer or a congenital deformity of the breast.

Breast reduction
A breast reduction removes heavy, excess breast tissue and skin to alleviate discomfort associated with overly large breasts.

Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia, or male breast reduction, is performed by removing excess breast tissue to flatten the male breast/chest. This is performed for cosmetic reasons.

Ear

Earlobe repair
Earlobe repairs are performed cosmetically for patients whose earrings or other accessories have stretched or pulled through the earlobe.

Otoplasty (ear reshaping)
Often performed on prominent ears, this procedure corrects ears that “stick out” by reducing projection. This procedure is also done to correct deformities caused by injury or previous surgeries.

Face & Neck

Blepharoplasty(eyelid Lift)
An eyelid is the removal of excess skin, tissue and sometimes fat that cause puffiness and bags in the lower eyelid and hooding in the upper eyelid.

Brow Lift
A brow lift is an elevation of the brows/forehead to bring the brows in a more natural and youthful position after falling with time and aging.

Face or Neck Lift
With a face or neck lift, excess skin is tightened and removed to create a more youthful appearance in the face, jowl and neck areas. These procedures help with wrinkles and sagging caused by aging.

Rhinoplasty (Nose Reshaping)
This procedure improves the appearance of the nose and is performed for cosmetic reasons.
